Our SDRs are relentless hunters who have complex conversations with business leaders, so they need to be incredible communicators with high business acumen.
Our product is a robust SaaS platform in the telephony industry, so the learning curve can be steep. Our SDR role is an opportunity for individuals to demonstrate their sales abilities and get acclimated with our product and industry. The SDR role identifies and qualifies leads from multiple sources - including prospect lists, campaigns, and individual research. There is fantastic opportunity for growth in an SDR role - weather it be becoming an expert SDR with uncapped commissions, or being promoted to an Account Executive or Sales Manager.
Generate appointments and qualify potential leads through outbound prospecting
Log and track call outcomes throughout cadence
Partner with Account Executive to ensure seamless advancement of the sales process
Partner with Marketing to uncover opportunities from inbound leads and aid in market research
Attend and take part in sale meetings and product trainings
Partner with Platform Enablement Team on collecting/understanding competitor information
Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of Sharpen assets.
The work environment is an office setting with moderate temperatures, lighting, and noise. It will sporadically involve wet or humid conditions, high/precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, risk of electric shock, and vibrations. (We know it sounds intense, but it’s not…we just have to cover our bases).
